Instructions:-

Press (ON/OFF) on the back of the device, to turn the instrument ON orOFF.

THERMOMETER WITH ALARM.
Select (TEMP) on the back of the device. Press (?C/?F) to select
temperature unit. Connect the cable to the device. Press (MIN) or
(SEC) to set the desired cooking time. Press the button (ALARM) on
the back of the device to activate/desactivate the alarm.lnsert the
probe into the core of food being cooked, you will see the temperature
on the left hand side of the screen. When the preset temperature is
reached, the alarm will ring. Press simultaneously (MIN) and (SEC) to
stop the alarm.

TIMER 99 Min/59 Sec.
Select (TIMER) on the back of the device. Press (MIN) & (SEC) to set the desired count down time. Press (S/S) to start count down.Timer will ring when values become 00:00. Press (S/S) to stop the alarm. Press (MIN) & (SEC) simultaneously to reset count down.

STOPWATCH 99 Min/59 sec.
Select (TIMER) on the back of the device. Press (S/S) to start count up. Press (S/S) again to stop count up.
Press simultaneously (MIN) and (SEC) to reset count up.
