To Start
Press the [ON/OFF] button.
Pull and rotate the probe with the desired application angle.
UNIT OF MEASURE
By pressing the ?C/?F button you can choose the unit of measure.
MAXIMUM – MINIMUM FUNCTION
Press [MAX/MIN] 1 time to display Maximum temperature. Press [MAX/MIN] 2 times to display Minimum temperature.
Press [MAX/MIN] during 2 seconds to clear the Maximum and Minimum memory.
DATA HOLD FUNCTION
Press [HOLD] on the right side of the thermometer, to retain display reading.
Press [HOLD] again to display normally.
